Back squat with a wide stance on a box that is just below parallel and explode straight up with knees driven out

B2: Increase Height Box Jumps (Rebounding) (3 x 2 Sets )

Men: 24″, 30″, 30″ + 1 45# plate or higher

Women: 20″, 24″, 30″ or higher

B3: Superman holds (3 x 10 )

1 full sec hold at top!

Conditioning
