Cardio Fit

CrossFit Point Break’s Cardio/Boot Camp Class is a high-intensity class structured differently from our CrossFit classes with the primary focus being metabolic conditioning workouts. Athletes are able to develop a base strength and a foundational knowledge of our core movements in a positive and encouraging environment.

You will use CrossFit methods to run, jump and use your own bodyweight along with kettle bells and weighted balls for resistance training. The result is a lean and toned body and a new outlook on fitness. Whether you are an experienced CrossFitter wanting to up your conditioning, a new athlete looking to ease there way into to CrossFit, or if you just have no interest in learning barbell movements…this class is for you!
