Our mission is help build a foundation of fitness in children’s lives. Our program is perfect for any child; any age; regardless ability or athletic experience.

All age groups are taught the same skills and do the same WODs but, like crossfit, we scale accordingly. Ages (7-12)

WHAT IS CROSSFIT KIDS

“CrossFit Kids is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit, it is entirely absolutely CrossFit GEARED and DESIGNED for a special population and the specific developmental needs of that population (Neurological, cognitive, motor). CrossFit Kids is the principal strength and conditioning program for many young athletes and the primary P.E. program for many home schools, charter schools. It is used by athletic teams, martial arts schools and many parents that want their kids to grow up healthy, strong and have a lifelong love of working out thus avoiding the common problems associated with childhood inactivity and obesity.” – CFK HQ

WHY CROSSFIT KIDS

16% of American children are obese. 55% do not meet the minimum requirement for physical activity. Obese or overweight children are more likely to become obese adults; resulting in numerous health & psychological issues.

We want to get kids on the right track, early. We want to show kids that fitness is FUN and should be a part of daily life. It is important to teach our kids how to be active in a world where it is so easy and convenient to be inactive.

Monday/Wednesday: 5:30PM

Cost: $75.00 per child

$50.00 per child for existing clients
