PB Barbell focuses on olympic-weightlifting with an aim to improve the snatch, clean & jerk. We have found that the most successful CrossFit athletes have a strong foundation in the olympic lifts. PB Barbell classes follow set cycles; ranging from learning fundamental technique, to more advanced cycles, prepping lifters for competition. Our Barbell classes are great whether you’re looking to improve your technique, proficiency, and strength, or wanting to pursue olympic-weightlifting competitively.
